ATTENTION: The following information is for filmmakers whose films have been submitted and accepted to the festival via FilmFreeway.

We only accept multiplexed files, meaning the audio, video, and subtitles are contained in one (1) single file.
Make sure that your film has no color bars or any black sequence before the film starts or after it ends.
Please also make sure you provide a progressive (deinterlaced) video file, without any horizontal lines across the image (an interlacing artifact known as “combing”), particularly visible during sequences with rapid movement.
Short film file sizes should not exceed 8 GB.
Feature film file sizes should not exceed 25 GB.
Subtitles should be integrated (burned in) into the image.
IMPORTANT! Depending upon your chosen aspect ratio, your subtitles should be within the 4:3 or 16:9 title safe area.
If your subtitles are not within the title safe area, our festival editor will adjust the overall resolution of your film in order to accommodate the title safe area.
We can download your film from whatever hosting service you prefer: Dropbox, WeTransfer, Mega, MediaFire, SendSpace, etc.
If utilizing Vimeo or Google Drive, then you must enable the download option!
We do not accept YouTube links!
We are capable of showing DCP files. If you already have a DCP version of your film and prefer that option, contact us for more information and details.
